Cherry with a bone to natural juice: an excellent recipe for the winter

This is probably the easiest boneless berry recipe, great for beginners. Berries in their own juice are not only incredibly tasty, but also very healthy. They can be eaten separately or added to various desserts, which, thanks to the cherry, will receive a delicious aroma and characteristic sourness.

Components:

  • berries - 1.8 kg;
  • sugar - 1.6 kg;
  • lemon concentrate - 5 ml.

Cooking steps:

  1. Wash and sterilize glass containers using any method convenient for you, as long as they are clean and sterile.
  2. Then rinse the berries, knock over on a sieve so that the glass liquid and they dry.
  3. Carefully remove the bones.
  4. Leave the berries for 1/3 hours to make the juice stand out.
  5. Load the sterilized container with berries and sugar. To do this, put a layer of berries 2 cm thick and a bowl of sugar (1 cm). Seal each bowl with a wooden spoon.
  6. Boil water in a deep saucepan. Submerge the bottom of the can in water, but do it gently (you can hold it above the steam first) so that the container does not crack due to the large difference in temperature.
  7. Take out the can, repeat again, so that the container is heated. Submerge the jar in boiling water to complete pasteurization.
  8. Remove a liter container after 20 minutes, and a half-liter container after 15 minutes. If granulated sugar is completely dissolved in the juice and the syrup begins to boil a little - the pasteurization process is over.
  9. To sterilize the covers, fill them with boiling water, remove after 8 minutes. Cover the jars with lids and tighten with a seaming key so that no air enters the jar.
  10. Put the jar upside down and see if the liquid is leaking. Do not worry if the sugar at the bottom has not dissolved, this will happen a little later.
  11. Wrap upside down cans with a warm blanket. Home cooking for the winter is ready!

Glass containers can be sterilized in the microwave, oven, multicooker, but the most proven and easiest method is sterilization in a water bath. The steam will disinfect the container, the moisture will drain and the jar will dry.
