No doubt we can say that pies with green onions and eggs, fried in a pan - a classic. Many love them from childhood, although they are prepared in an elementary way, and they are always able to please with taste and smell.

Classic fried pies with green onions

Necessary products for cooking:

  • 300-350 grams of wheat flour;
  • a quarter of a liter of boiled water at room temperature;
  • 30-50 grams of olive oil;
  • half a teaspoon of salt;
  • 150-200 grams of green onions;
  • chicken eggs - 4 pieces;
  • 30-40 grams of sour cream of any fat content;
  • salt, ground pepper (to taste);
  • sunflower oil (for frying).

Stages of cooking:

  1. Sift flour through a sieve. Add half a teaspoon of salt and the required amount of yeast. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Pour in room temperature water and oil.
  3. Mix all the products, knead the dough from them.
  4. Now it is necessary to “insist”, it must be done for an hour and a half.
  5. Chives should be finely chopped, hard-boiled chicken eggs, allowed to cool, finely chopped and mixed with onions.
  6. Add salt, pepper, and sour cream to the egg and onion. Only with the latter do not overdo it, otherwise the filling will turn out to be too liquid and it will be inconvenient to put it into pies.
  7. Stir all foods until smooth.
  8. Now the dough must be "precipitated" and divided with a knife (or whatever you like) into equal, portioned pieces.
  9. Roll out the cakes from the pieces and put the filling in them.
  10. Carefully pinch the cakes, form pies.
  11. Spread on a hot pan, after pouring sunflower oil on it.
  12. Fry the pies until golden brown.

Pies "From the grandmother"

According to this recipe, our grandmothers also fried onion pies.

List of required products:

  • half a liter of milk;
  • 200 grams of butter;
  • bag of dry yeast (11 grams);
  • a tablespoon of sugar;
  • half a teaspoon of salt;
  • premium wheat flour - fourteen tablespoons with a hill;
  • four tablespoons of butter for the filling;
  • salt and pepper;
  • one and a half dozen chicken eggs;
  • a large bunch of green onions.

Stages of cooking:

  1. Hard-boiled chicken eggs.
  2. Heat milk and butter in a saucepan (the butter should melt completely).
  3. Now this mixture needs to be allowed to cool slightly, to about thirty degrees, and add yeast. To stir thoroughly.
  4. Add a tablespoon of granulated sugar and flour. Allow the yeast mixture to infuse for half an hour.
  5. Add flour in small portions and knead well. The consistency of the dough should be soft, elastic and absolutely not stick to your hands.
  6. Now carefully place it in a bowl, cover it tightly with a clean towel and reposition it in a dry and warm place for about an hour and a half.
  7. We proceed to the preparation of the filling. Onion must be finely chopped.
  8. Cut the cooled eggs, as finely as the onion.
  9. Mix the egg and onion thoroughly, add salt and pepper to taste, add the butter, mix thoroughly again.
  10. We return to the test. It must be divided into two parts. We roll each part into a “sausage”, and cut it into 15-16 equal parts.
  11. Armed with a rolling pin, we roll each piece into a small cake and put onion-egg filling in the middle.
  12. We carefully fasten the edges so that the filling does not fall out.
  13. Now the ready-made pies should "rest" for about half an hour in a warm place.
  14. You can put it in a pan and fry until cooked.

Fry the pies over medium heat so that they do not burn. Then put them on a paper towel so that it absorbs excess sunflower oil and the pies are not too greasy.

Oven and egg pies

Pies of this kind have fewer calories than fried ones.

Necessary products for the test:

  • bag of dry yeast;
  • a tablespoon of granulated sugar;
  • a glass of milk (if not, you can take boiled water);
  • a teaspoon of salt (without a slide);
  • two medium chicken eggs;
  • one hundred grams of butter or margarine;
  • five to six glasses of flour (see how much the dough will take).

Products needed for filling:

  • three medium eggs (pre-cook hard-boiled);
  • medium bunch of green onions;
  • young greens: garlic, dill, parsley;
  • salt to taste;
  • one chicken egg for greasing pies.

  1. Mix sugar and yeast.
  2. Melt butter or margarine until liquid.
  3. We heat water (or milk).
  4. We brew yeast with sugar in heated water.
  5. Sift one glass of flour through a sieve and knead the bread roll. Put in heat for a quarter of an hour.
  6. After time, add liquid butter, eggs and salt to the dough. Stir thoroughly until smooth.
  7. Sift the flour and add the rest of the ingredients to it. Knead elastic, soft dough.
  8. Put the finished dough in a warm place for another half hour.
  9. Pre-cooked eggs are finely chopped.
  10. Cut the greens (washed and dried). Mix the eggs with it, add a teaspoon of vegetable oil so that the filling is not too dry.
  11. Divide the finished dough into equal pieces, roll into cakes.
  12. Inside the cakes, lay the filling and pinch tightly.
  13. Grease a baking sheet with sunflower oil, put the pies.
  14. The oven must be heated to two hundred degrees. Put patties in it for a maximum of half an hour.
  15. Beat the yolk, take out the pies, grease with the yolk and bake for another 5 minutes.

Curd pies with onion and egg

List of required products:

  • two packs of cottage cheese;
  • eight eggs (two are needed in the dough, the rest will be required in the filling);
  • two glasses of plain flour;
  • a couple of tablespoons of granulated sugar;
  • the same amount of sunflower oil;
  • a teaspoon of baking soda;
  • half a teaspoon of salt;
  • a bunch of green onions;
  • ground pepper.

Stages of cooking:

  1. Knead all the necessary ingredients for the dough, including cottage cheese. Cover the dough with a damp towel (can be wrapped in cling film) and leave for a quarter of an hour.
  2. Finely chop the eggs. In the same way, chop the onion and mix it with the eggs.
  3. Add salt and ground pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
  4. We divide the dough into twenty parts, roll out cakes from them with a rolling pin
  5. In the center we spread the filling, one dessert spoon on one cake.
  6. We form pies and put them on the baking sheet with the seam down.
  7. Fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Onion buns as an addition to the main course

Buns with onions are very tasty to use not only with the first courses, but also with the second. They can be a good addition to coffee or tea. In addition, they are prepared easily and do not have a pronounced onion taste.

Should be prepared:

  • egg - 2-3 pcs.;
  • milk - 85-110 g;
  • flour - 270-310 g;
  • cottage cheese - 170-220 g;
  • onions - 120-140 g;
  • vegetable oil - 110-140 g;
  • salt - 15-25 g;
  • soda - on the tip of a knife.

Cooking:

  1. Peel the onions and wash.
  2. Loosen the cottage cheese with a fork, add eggs, milk, sunflower oil and salt to it.
  3. Mix everything well with a blender until smooth.
  4. Cut the onion into small pieces and fry in oil until golden.
  5. Add a little flour mixed with soda to the curd and onion mass and knead the dough.
  6. Sprinkle the table with flour, put the resulting dough and roll it.
  7. Cut into equal pieces the size of an egg.

For a recipe for buns with onions, it is better to add cottage cheese, grated through a large sieve, then the buns will turn out to be very light.

Yeast-Free Pies

The dough is tasty and tender.

List of products for cooking:

  • a quarter kilogram of cottage cheese of any fat content;
  • a pair of eggs;
  • five tablespoons of sugar;
  • half a teaspoon of baking soda;
  • eight to ten eggs for filling;
  • two hundred grams of wheat flour;
  • a bunch of green onions;
  • sunflower oil for frying.

You will spend no more than half an hour on cooking.

Stages of cooking:

  1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix it with two eggs and three tablespoons of sugar.
  2. Add soda and flour to this mixture.
  3. Knead the dough thoroughly to such an extent that it does not stick to your hands.
  4. Cooking the filling. Finely cut the eggs.
  5. Finely chop the onion and mix with the eggs.
  6. Divide the dough into equal parts, roll it out using a rolling pin.
  7. We spread the filling on the cakes, carefully pinch.
